JANUARY-MARCH
Are you looking for something to give you support & education in the new year? Here’s our yearly kick-start, our Nutrition Adventure!
You’ll test the following diet methods;
- Calorie Deficit (3 meals & plant/fruit)
- Fasting (8-hour windows)
- Plant/Vegan
- Aggressive Calorie Deficit

MAY-JULY
Are you someone who leaves the ‘holiday prep’ until last minute?! This particular programme has an emphasis on getting you ready for the Summer fun, whilst learning how to maintain those habits for your future lifestyle!
As well as learning about nutritional topics, we’ll focus on exercise types & methods, weight loss V fat loss and the importance of daily steps!

SEPTEMBER - NOVEMBER
Whilst we don’t preach ‘Getting Winter Ready’ this particular programme has an emphasis on maintaining your summer approach through the darker, shorter winter days. Also setting you up in the right mindset for the festive events just around the corner!
We focus on how to tackle the important aspects of a healthy lifestyle through a difficult time of year.
