A place to create your daily and weekly habits on one platform. You will have access to the Workout Library, enabling you to build your own programmes, dependant on your lifestyle.
On top of this, you’ll have full access to our Content Library, where you’ll find ideas for home/away, relatable topics and, if you want to, share your journey with others!

Your initial 3-month subscription offers you weekly check-ins with Julie, where we discuss your daily habits, weekly routine and establish some changes/non-negotiables within your first week - this will be your base for success!
This is a great starting point to build strong habits, develop a great relationship with yourself… Lovin’ yourself is the ultimate goal! So together, let’s make this happen!

CHECK-IN LOG
This is a tool for your self-accountability. It’s a safe place that you can record and track your progress.
Weekly check-ins with your coach can be on a day at your request, however this is dependent on which package you opt for when signing up.
Typically, you will have the option of a weekly check-in, either by phone or video call. You have the chance to request an overview from your coach of what you have input through your week.

NUTRITION PLANS
On our JWell App you can log all of your daily nutrition. It is highly recommended to do this, for your coach to give you all the guidance necessary to reach your goals. The level of nutritional advice/support is dependent on which package you opt for.
Once we have a clear picture of your “habits & preferences” we can then create a bespoke plan that meets your needs (premium plan only). You are then set up for success!

WORKOUT LIBRARY
You have access to an abundance of exercises in the JWell App Exercise Library! This area is great for when you are in the mood to be creative. The library is full of useful videos, tips and ‘how to’ clips! Endless options...
Logging your workouts on here when completed gives you and us an understanding of your progression. Remember JWell is all about ageing strong - Resistance training is always going to be part of your journey with us...

Heart health and general movement plays a significant part of outlining the basics. You may be looking to train for an event, continue or increase your distance, or even kick start your running journey.
Logging your steps and cardio will help consistency and build that all round fitness. When set up, our app will link with your health app on your device.
This means it will automatically log your steps. We can help you with this!
