Cardio & Steps

Heart health and general movement plays a significant part of outlining the basics. You may be looking to train for an event, continue or increase your distance,  or even kick start your running journey.
Logging your steps and cardio will help consistency and build that all round fitness. When set up, our app will link with your health app on your device.
This means it will automatically log your steps!
  • NUTRITION PLANS

    On our JWell App you can log all of your daily nutrition. It is highly recommended to do this, for your coach to give you all the guidance necessary to reach your goals. The level of nutritional advice/support is dependent on which package you opt for.
    Once we have a clear picture of your “habits & preferences” we can then create a bespoke plan that meets your needs (premium plan only). You are then set up for success!
  • CONTENT LIBRARY

    This area is full of movement - every month your fresh mPT begins to unravel. You will also have Your "Build To Run" file, nutritional Insights and so much more!
    The variation and offering within the content is increased depending on level of package.
    If you would like to see anything specific to help build your confidence, inspire you and offer more education, then please keep us informed. We’re all ears!

    Your personal coach on the JWell App is ready and waiting and a simple message means you can always be in touch, even with a quick simple question or looking for that extra inspiration.

    Your calendar is for you to get organised, your coach can also attach appointments, events & more personal settings depending on your needs and package.
