Great, we don't need to match you up! The 'Sharing Room' price applies, per person.

Once you have read all of the retreat info and decided that this is for you - and you wish to proceed with booking a space, you need to follow these steps.

​1. Fill out the contact form at the end of the page.

2. Let us know if you would like a solo room or shared room, and which room you are requesting,

3. If you have a friend to pair up with or looking for someone to share with - please share this information, so we can match you up.

4. Once we've received your information, we will send you a payment link to pay your non-refundable deposit of £299pp.

5. Once your deposit has been received we will confirm your space on the retreat and proceed to full payment/ part payment details.

Do you have to pay it all at once?
No! We understand that times are difficult and we all need to budget!

Following receipt of your non-refundable deposit (£299), we offer payment breakdowns depending on the time remaining until the date of your booking.

We will be in touch with your options!

Please note, full payment has to be paid 12 weeks prior to your booking dates. If for any reason you're booking within the 12-week window, we can discuss your payment options.

- Personal Holiday Insurance - please ensure to purchase prior to travel. Our retreats and instructors have their own insurance, however it is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for yourself.

- Flights and transport to and from the retreat. Everything else we will sort, but it's your responsibility to reach us! We can help with organisation and recommended suppliers!

- Alcohol & additional food not described within the itinerary that we share with you.

*A health declaration form will be sent out to fill in prior to your escape.

If for any reason you have to cancel your booking these charges will be applied based on the number of days before your arrival date and that the written notification of cancellation is received via email.

- If you decide to cancel up to 12 weeks before, 40% of what you have paid will be refunded to you.
- If you decide to cancel within the 12 weeks prior to your event date, 0% of what you have paid will be refunded to you, plus you will be charged a £50 admin fee.

If you leave the event early, there will be no refunds.
