    Enjoy personalised Pilates sessions in a private home studio, offering 1:1 and 1:2 training in both reformer and mat Pilates. Each session is tailored to your body, goals, and experience level - whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or refining technique.
    With focused instruction and a calm, supportive environment, private training allows for greater attention to detail and meaningful progress.
    Suitable for all levels, these sessions are designed to help you move with strength, control, and confidence.
