We follow the same weekly structure for both of our private programme memberships, however the intensity depends on your option.
We cover exercise and the importance of steps in your daily routine, as well as education around strength training. Whilst exercise is a key part of our lifestyle, we also cover nutritional topics such as; The Importance of Protein, Fat Loss V Weight Loss and our Gut Health.
