Welcome to our inclusive, Run Club, where we meet, run, socialise, eat and have fun! Your perfect place to be on a Sunday morning. Regardless of the weather, we still run. Grab your trainers, lets go!

- When? Last Sunday of each Month!
- Meeting Time: 09:30
- Meeting Location: Apple Tree, Ockbrook, Derby

- 09:30 - Meet up / Warm up
- 09:45 - Route Commences!
- We always run a 5k route, however for those who want to add intensity, we will eventually introduce an additional 10k option with our JWellness Run ambassadors.
- 10:30 - Meet back at the original location
- This is approximate to meet all needs and depending on pace. This may mean slightly faster runners can increase distance and paced runners are under no pressure.
- 10:30/10:45 - Brunch together!

- Friendly dogs are welcome on the run and for the post-run social, we just ask for well-behaved pooches please! We will have some doggy-friendly treats for any of our fury friends.
- Toilets/Facilities to change are available.
- Please let us know in advance any injuries.
